Hi, My Two Year Old Grand Daughter Has Been Admitted

Hi, my two year old grand daughter has been admitted to hospital, informed that she has a heart murmur, can this be diagnosed straight away, all other tests have returned as normal. She has had a flu and on antibiotics this last week.
