Hi My Upper Lip Has Become Very Swollen On The

Hi my upper lip has become very swollen on the right hand side. It came after eaten my quite salty food I could feel my lips tingling and beginning to sting and now my lip has all swole up its not red or discoloured just very swollen and uncomfortable, what could this be? Is there anyway I can bring the swelling down?
