Hi, My Urine Test Came Back Showing Blood And High

Hi, my urine test came back showing blood and high red blood cells, 30/hpf. I have been sickly for about 2 weeks with pain in my lower abdomen and right testicle,no swelling or fever. My Dr.is sending me to a urologist. Is 30 high for bbc count, any ideas? Thanks Whoops, age 74 5ft 8 in. Non smoker good health good psa .04.
