Hi My Weight Is 63kg Since Last 2 Months I

Hi my weight is 63kg since last 2 months i was not having regular period for which i consulted Dr. She suggested me sysron n 5 mg tab for 3 days n after that on 7th day i started bleeding but it lasted only for 3 days normally i have 5 to 6 days period n the prego test is negative
