Hi, My Wife Had Abortion A Week Back And After

Hi, my wife had abortion a week back and after having intercourse 2 days back I found certain light red marks on the inner part of my penis and a bit on inner skin also. Is this any sort of infection or what as it is itching and it hurts a bit when I pull my skin back.
