Hi My Wife Has Developed A Lump At The Top

Hi my wife has developed a lump at the top of her neck after her first pregnancy. I wouldn't describe it as particularly fatty deposit but appears to be the top of the spine resulting in a small hump and forward posture likely a couple inches forward of normal. Will posture treatment help or will surgery likely be required
