Hi My Wife Has Felt Unwell For A Few Weeks

Hi my wife has felt unwell for a few weeks with increased heart rate making her feel dizzy, numb and loss of appetite. A trip to hospital and her gp has resulted in a diagnosis of panic attacks and a prescription of propranolol 10mlg started on Wednesday. But this seems to have made things worse. She has not been herself for weeks and I'm getting really worried please help?
