Hi, My Wife Has Given Clomiphene Citrate 100mg Per Day

Hi, my wife has given clomiphene citrate 100mg per day from 2nd day of menstrual cycle upto five days and after that doctor scanned and given hcg injection 150mg for three days and called for scanning on fourth day but unfortunately we missed that date for scanning and visit the doctor after 2 days, he again scanned and told us to come after 2days. But after 2days he has not available on that day.Actually i need to know what is the procedure he is following in my wife's case and last visit to doctor he has said about injection for rupture.
