Hi My Wife Is Pregnant From 8 Week. But Problem

Hi my wife is pregnant from 8 week. But problem is that during pregnancy the bleeding is started from 3rd December to 14 December 2016. Now currently bleeding is stop but stomach has sometimes pain. We have get ultrasound on 6th December 2016. So what can I do give me proper advise please. ....
