Hi My Wife Just Recently Told Me That She Has

Hi my wife just recently told me that she has a leaking valve in her heart and needs to see a specialist. An ekg had been done already and we're just turning 30. The doctor said she may have to get a transplant and may not live beyond 2yrs. I'm sick to my stomach right now. What should we consider?
