Hi, My Wife Took Her Humira Shot In Her Left

Hi, my wife took her humira shot in her left leg this morning and approximately 13 hours later she noticed the area around the injection is bruised, red and swelling. We have been traveling with the shots and they have been non refrigerated for several periods of time over the last six days. Should we request new injections?
