Hi, Need Some Advice In What To Do Not Been

Hi, need some advice in what to do not been going to the toilet properly for 3 weeks have done 3 stools in that time, but also delt with a young girl when at work with meningitis last week and I am now experiencing pain from my neck to my toes as well as a headache, been sick a few times today, sore when moving and just overall don't feel myself could this be due to not going to the toilet properly or could it be meningitis?
