Hi, Occipital Neuralgia, Multiple RF Burns At C2,c3,c4. 17 Years

Hi, occipital neuralgia, multiple RF burns at c2,c3,c4. 17 years never without a headache day or night 24/7 on the back and sides of my head all do to car accident. The blessing was last Jan. when a pastor prayed and the headache left immediately and has not returned. But, it took 4 months to come completely off the methadone 40mg per day. I started trying to wean myself off the Amitriptyline, 100mg at night, beginning June 1 . I waited to start trying to wean off the Amitriptyline because I had two total knee surgeries during the winter. Now I'm down to 50 MG, per day, but now I have a different type headache on the front of my head a both temples and sleeping is horrible. Tried Tylenol pm and aspirin, advil, benedriI, excedren etc. Not willing to take any other types of medication in this process. My question is are there supplements etc. you could recommend.
