Hi ,ok I Have Vaginal Bleeding At First Last Week

Hi ,ok I have vaginal bleeding at first last week was supposed to be my period but just got brown discharge...then nothing after a couple of days, then today bright red blood but only on the tissue, I then got server cramps in my tummy right where my belly button is then down one side on the right side going more down to the fallopian tube area!! I have very swollen tummy now and the pain is right in the uterus in the middle .. I had back pain like menstrual mains!, and my tummy really hurts to touch or push or cough or sneeze pls help x
