Hi Ok So I Have Adhd And Went On A

Hi ok so I have adhd and went on a new medication and me and my boyfriend decided to take some of my old meds. This was yesterday around like 5 when we started it is not 2:23. I took 300mg of vyvanse and I am fine i had some sickly feelings and threw up but am ok now. My boyfriend on the other hand not so much he took 360mg vyvanse and is still throwing up. He has hardly eaten anything so there is not much to throw up but he is. He keeps going numb and tingaly. Starts at his face and gose to the rest of the body then he gets really hot and throws up or try's to. Then gets cold and it keeps happening. He refuses to go to the hospital like won't at all he said he rather be sick. What can I do.
