Hi , On New Year's Eve A Friend Picked Me

Hi , on New Year's Eve a friend picked me up and spun me round , he hugged me soooo tight I was in a great deal of pain that I couldn't breath . I understand that it has been a week today ! But I'm still in so much pain in the evening and can't slay on one side or my front . I'm taking pain killers in the day and also anti inflam rub . However I'm getting sharp pains in my side and getting a bit worried
