Hi On A Couple Of Occasions Now When I Have

Hi on a couple of occasions now when I have stood up I go really dizzy,if I stand still for a few seconds it passes,but the other day I nearly fell over and couldn't support myself,but again after a few seconds I was able to get up and carry on as normal ,what could the cause be?
