Hi, On Feb 5 I Was Bitten By A Dog

Hi, on feb 5 i was bitten by a dog we have only had a week. I have 2 puncture wounds around my elbow and 2 abrasions. The ER gave me IV antibiotics plus a prescription which I take 3 times a day. I clean it with antibacterial soap and apply triple antibiotic ointment and cover with a bandage. Now 4 days later I have a terrible headache and very nauseated and my wound is a little swollen and throbs to the point of pain without any touching or pressure on it, no streaks just lots of swelling and bruising. Currently have an ice pack on it and its helping some. I absolutley despise going to our local ER but my primary is currently closed. Was just wondering if I need to be seen tonight or can it wait til morning when my primary is open? Thank you, Brandy
