Hi, On The Edges Of My Labia Minora I Have

Hi, on the edges of my labia minora I have a line of raised tags which resemble skin tags but are more flesh coloured. I am 19, I'm not sexually active and I have had these from I was an adolescent, and they make me insecure. I have tried to get rid of them with wart creams, but this does not work. When I squeeze them it hurts really badly. Please help they are uncomfortable.
