Hi, On The Underside Of My Tounge On The Right

Hi, on the underside of my tounge on the right side, I have this random flap of skin. I just found it 2 days ago, and I'm worried that it might be something major. I thought it may have been a pimple of some sort so when I gently squeezed it , it didn't feel like one. It's no gone away yet, and it every now and then gets really uncomfortable. What do you think it is and what can I do to shrink or get rid of it?
