Hi, On Yesterday I Started To Feel Very Bad. There

Hi, on yesterday I started to feel very bad. There was pain in my head and between my eyes. I ate a little and it kind of calmed down then an hour later had gotten worse. I went to get Mucinex Sinus Max from Walmart it helped a lot but I still feel the tension there and today it's starting to hurt a bit and now my right ear is muffling. Could this be an sinus infection? I also just got my nose pierced Friday, could that be a problem?
