Hi One Years Ago I Am Suffering From UTI Infection

Hi one years ago I am suffering from UTI infection Dr says my urinary tube is might be thin after UTI problem my urine flow is slow some time, some time flow is normal.but two days I am suffering from loose motion I have taken medicine motion is controlled but my upper stomach is feel now big I feel internal stress I feel swell internal.........
But I don't know what I do pls suggest.
