Hi, Our Two Year Old Has A Completely Blocked Left

Hi, our two year old has a completely blocked left carotid artery caused by inflammation from a severe bacteria infection. The infection is now gone however the blocked carotid still remains 4 weeks later, she is still on a weaning dose of steroids and aspirin. Will the carotid eventually recanalize?
