Hi, Over A Period Of Time Now (years) I Have

Hi, over a period of time now (years) I have noticed frequent secretion of fluids (mucus) stored in my head which has made me to spit at frequent times. Most times when I swallow much it gives me stomach ache and headache at times. It has persisted for a long time now and it's not like I have catarrh. Help please
