Hi, Over Four Years Ago I Fell Off A Sea-do

Hi, over four years ago I fell off a sea-do and hurt myself but didn't go to the doctors. Well on my left top butt cheek it's still swollen and is bothered. It also affects my lower back (left side). Wondering if you might know why it's still swollen and hurt, and if there is anything to fix it. Thank you.
