Hi Over Past Three Weeks I Have Been Feeling Dizzy.

Hi over past three weeks I have been feeling dizzy. I wake up dizzy and then feel normal and will have small bouts of it. I'm 42 yrs age just completed blood work, which was all normal. Its not a hard dizziness, but it makes me feel off and sluggish. I thought it could be vertigo, but wasn't sure
