Hi Over Ten Years Or More I Have Had Two

Hi over ten years or more I have had two checks for testicle lumps but got the all clear but my testicles are away tender. The two ultrasounds have told me what it is not ,but not what it is by does this pain never go away , also my groin is generally sore when my testes are sore
