Hi, Over The Last Couple Of Day I Have Been

Hi, over the last couple of day I have been having pain/discomfort that kind of feels as though it's in my back or between there and my rib cage, but I'm not sure where it is actually resonating from. I don't believe it is any kind of muscle strain as I haven't done anything recently to cause that.
