Hi Over The Last Few Months I've Had Heavier Periods

Hi over the last few months I've had heavier periods that last ages.even though I have the mirena. I have Pain during and after sex along with irregular bleeding.I would have a period that lasts 7 days then about 2 weeks later I'll have more bleeding for a day or so. Have Pelvic pain and headaches and generally feeling tired and have no energy.
