Hi, Over The Last Month I Have Suffered From A

Hi, over the last month I have suffered from a metallic taste in my mouth and nausea. Now a couple of days ago I discovered a lump in my neck and now have a few more. Under my arms is tender as well. Any ideas for what it could be? I am definitely not pregnant. Thanks.
