Hi, Over The Last Week I Have Had The Feeling

Hi, over the last week I have had the feeling of a bubble in my right knee joint...It doesn't really cause me pain but it is uncomfortable and moves around my knee and it feels like if I bear weight too much my knee might give out but I'm not sure what it is?
