Hi, Over The Last Week I've Gotten 3 Spots On

Hi, over the last week I've gotten 3 spots on my back, I have never had spots on my back before in my life (I'm 19). I started taking ovranette a week ago, my first time using the contraceptive pill. My skin hasn't broken out considerably more on my face since, I was wondering whether the pill was causing the spots on my back.? Thanks
