Hi, Over The Past Few Months I Have Been Getting

Hi, over the past few months I have been getting a weird fluttering/vibration under my left breast, at the top of my ribs. It doesn't hurt at all. It reminds me of the feeling I used to get when I was pregnant and my baby was moving. Should I get this checked?
