Hi Pain On Lower Quadrant Side Usually When I Sit

Hi pain on lower quadrant side usually when I sit for about an hour or drive for long distance and stand up experience pain. Then it subsides as I walk
I visited gyn thinking is ovary she put pressure and no pain also did a sonogram found fibroid but center of uterus not significant I have no chills no fever any advise
