Hi, Past Couple Of Months My Body Hasn't Felt Quite

Hi, past couple of months my body hasn't felt quite right. I have been having random blobs of dark brown/red blobs here and there when I urinate no where near enough to be my period and it's happening to regular also my vagina feels although it's got bumps inside can you help I'm too embarrassed to go to the doctors?
