Hi Please I Had Intercourse About 3 Months Ago And

Hi please I had intercourse about 3 months ago and took an after pill and I have my period twice since then but this month my period has delayed for 5 days now and I have taken pregnancy test twice and it's was negative. Also been taking folic acid within this month. My period has always been 28 days and on time. Please help me I'm confused..
