Could Painful Urination With Yellow Discharge Mean Pregnancy When I Took Postinor-2 Three Hours After Intercourse?

Hi, please I have a question, i had my period on the 1st of February and I had unprotected sex on the 11th of February, about three hours later i took postinor 2 and a day after i have this painful urination and a yellowish discharge.does it mean I m pregnant?
