Can Progyluton Be Taken For My Heavy, Irregular Bleeding When Primolut-N Causes Stomach Issues And Back Pain As Side Effects?

Hi, please suggest me , I m 45 year old women . found no tumor tumor in uterus.but irregular periods for the first time .I got my period after 2 months and facing alot of heavy bleeding.i go to doctor.she suggest me promolit N for 21 days and ponstan fort tab 3 times a day and transaxamine injection single dose,and transaxamine tab for 5 days for 3 time per day and said me to proceed my course till 3 month to overcome the recent irregular heavy bleeding situation.is this a best course?or can I take progylotun tab for this condition??because now I face stomach problem and severe back pain. And many others side effect after primolut N ND these course?
