Hi Pus Cells Are Showing 79.00 But Everything Else Completely

Hi pus cells are showing 79.00 but everything else completely fine. I have not had any discomfort when passing water or burning sensation, no signs of bacteria in results and I have not been sexually active for a couple of years, I am 42. They are referring me to a gynaecologist however I am sitting here worrying that something serious is wrong with me.
