Hi recent chest X-ray revealed unfolding of the aorta with air defined shadowing presently in left lower lobe, ? Pleural(partially). Minimal grunting of the right costa phrenic due to fluid or pleural thickening. I am 70 years with hypertension, diabetes and cholesterol issues which is controlled on meds. Recent Ecg was normal. Am troubled with cough and phlegm. Blood tests normal except vitamin b12 low. What does this mean. Was told I need to consult a lung specialist.
