Hi, Recently I Got Job Offer In Oman, After GAMCA

Hi, recently I got job offer in oman, after GAMCA medical results r unfit saying nodular opacity in lower right lobe. They wewre very rude after medicsl results and r saying i have 10 days to clear this and appear x- ray again. If no spot is noticed i will get fit reports. My employers are also very strict about medical.

1. Is it big problem.
2. Please tell me best medicine/ treatment option to clear this spot and what food diets should follow.

After getting job i will do proper treatment. Just now i just want to clear medical. I am in big trouble, please help me out.
