Hi, Recently I Had A Concussion From Falling Off My

Hi, recently I had a concussion from falling off my horse; i had a headache but it went away after a day. Now, a week later, I feel light headed and as if I'm in a dream. I can't focus but I don't have any vision problems and sometimes i'll start feeling nauseous but that comes and goes. I've taken aspirin but that does not help. I really don't know what I should do! Can you please help?!
