Hi Recently I Have Been Getting Dull Sharp Pains In

Hi recently I have been getting dull sharp pains in my groin mostly on my right side it goes through to my legs and I'm also feeling some discomfort in my hips. I stopped the pill about 2 or 3 weeks ago and I just waiting for my period, I also had a cervical smear done and my doctor tested for stds as well as other infections and all have come back clear. I'm really worried I don't no if it in my head or not please help
