Hi , Recently I Have Ich All Over My Body

Hi , recently I have ich all over my body , on my arm legs, uper back , and side of my back.i wake up couple of times atninights because I have my hands goes to sleep and that wake me up, plus it seems I cant move fast because ifeel extremely tired .I have pain under my neck, I dont know what is wringand beside I get wired pain in my abdominal some times in right some times in left please tell me what is wrong with me I never have allergies to any thing why I have ich and I feel there are red spot under my skin
