Hi, Recently I Have Noticed That Inside My Vagina Opening

Hi, recently I have noticed that inside my vagina opening there are lumpy pieces of skin that are very painful to touch, it also stings when I urinate and have sex. I'm really worried about what they are. I had pain during sex before I knew these lumps were present, then I used a condom and they have become worse. I would really like to know what they are?
