Hi, Recently I Turned Down A Full Time Job That

Hi, recently I turned down a full time job that would have made me work a total of 16 hours a day because I planned on keeping my existing job. My hours at my existing job are 10pm to 6:30 am Sundays through Thursdays and my new job would have been 1pm to 9:30pm Monday through Friday with an alternating weekend. The training for that job would have been for 9am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday for 3 weeks before the 1pm to 9:30 pm schedule starts. I'm trying to convince myself for health reasons that I made the right decision?
