Hi, Recently While Driving My Vehicle After Half An Hour

Hi, recently while driving my vehicle after half an hour I'm dizzy, light headed, fast heart rate, nauseous and eventually fatigued and a terrible headache. The thing is that there is no oder. And when I'm out of the vehicle the symptoms gradually go away. Could i be exposed to harmful fumes?
