Hi, Should My Daughter, Who Is In A Foreign Country

Hi, should my daughter, who is in a foreign country ie Netherlands (we're Australian) see a doctor for abdominal cramps, discharge in stool + vaginal as well as coming off the pill? (Only) slightly more discharge than usual although not seen in stool before.
Discharge/mucos = no odour or green or yellow colour.
