please tell me the different ways of contraceptives which would not affect my health. i am suffering from hypothyrodism medication -thyoroxen 100 mg from when i got thyroid, since when i was 13yrs old. now my age is 28 yrs(1987)and weighing of about 72kgs and a height of 5 inches and since last 3 yrs because of stress and tentions my thyroid levels TSH was highly fluctuating it even reached 60 also sometimes and sometimes even to 3, highly inconsistent and I am a mother of a child of 8 yrs old. As of now we are not planning for a 2nd child, but in 2yrs from now we r planning for it. And i had a normal delivery.

My husband and i have intercourse on a daily basis. If time permitts even 3 to 4 times a day when both at home. He does not like using condems because it will take more time for him to feel that orgsm. He says he don like and want to use condems and even if i put the copper -t i am sure it will go inside my body because at the time of intercourse my husband is very hard and rigourous. and now a days even i am not getting that orgsm at all only some time i get and feel it say if we have intercourse 10 times i may get only 1 time .

Plz give me a proper solution for these problems (for controling thyroid and also contraceptives ) and is there any medication which is safe to be used by me.
