Hi Si Last Night Before I Went To Be I

Hi si last night before I went to be I put I a tampon around 10:30ish and I woke up around 10ish this morning and realized that I had left in my tampon in for around 12 or 13 hours and immediately took it out. Now I have been getting these cramps that make me feel like I have to throw up and I feel very drained and just not like my normal self. I'm worried that I might have TSS.
